Totally not janky title screen

I mean the screenshots pretty much explain themselves. I also got a good chunk of infrastructure up so there's less to worry about later so.. that's cool!! Also this is like the first time I've used tweening so that's fun :3

p.s. don't mind that the text in the dice select thing is lopsided, it shifts from side to side in the menu
