Changed a few things to make the game less Hellish to play.
- Less enemies can spawn per wave (Amount increases over time)
- Added a message to the tutorial about magazine regeneration
- (To stop confusion about the 30 second wait)
- You can no longer camp the tutorial to get extra mags during gameplay
